OVERVIEW OF PHASE 2a CPD AGENCY RISK
MANAGEMENT
This is the second year requirement
for your CPD. This is stage 1 of a two part, two year delivery.
This year part 2(a) gives a
total of eight hours CPD instruction including a final assessment.
This entitles the participant to 12 CPD points.
Topics that you will cover from
various learning categories are :
- An Introduction to agency risk and the theory
of risk management
- An introduction to the Commissioners guidelines,
identification of risk areas, vendor & purchaser risk
- You will also be identifying Property Management
risk areas
- We will cover the Human Resources and office
procedures and systems required by law to alleviate risk
in the office environment.
Total points earned for attendance
all day and completion of assessments will be 12 CPD points.
Each session will include
work book exercises and the final assessment will conclude
session four. There will significant interaction between presenters
and delegates including an assessments, workbook exercises
and group discussion embedded throughout the presentation.
