AGENCY RISK MANAGEMENT CPD Phase 2(b)
This is the second session of
the Risk and OHS requirements of the Office of Fair Trading’s
Guidelines. You will cover further required elements on managing
Agency Rise as required by the OFT. You will also cover elements
of OHS as related to Agency. Topics covered include:
- Risk matrix/risk register,
- Examples of use of matrix and register
– real life examplesPertinent areas – recent
court cases examined
- Appropriate legislation
- Case studies
- Task solving
- Focus on different areas of agency
- Audience participation/interaction
The session related to OHS will
cover topics as:
- Definitions & explanations
- Implementation
- Procedures & policies
- On-going monitoring
- Out of Office situations
- Emergency procedures & checklists
- Incident register
Assessment as required
by the OFT will be by a number throughout the program. We
anticipate on-going and pro-active participation throughout
the course with multiple activities and positive interaction
and feedback. At the conclusion 12 CPD points will be awarded
to delegates who attend the entire program and successfully
complete the assessments.
